KaiRise Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") describes the acceptable and prohibited uses of the websites, online courses, AskMe™ AI learning platform, applications, integrations, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by KaiRise, LLC ("KaiRise," "we," "our," or "us").

This Policy is incorporated into the KaiRise Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

2. Our Philosophy

KaiRise exists to improve learning. AskMe was designed to coach, challenge, assess, and develop learners—not simply provide answers.

We encourage thoughtful use of artificial intelligence that supports learning, critical thinking, professional growth, and responsible decision-making. We expect users to use our Services honestly, respectfully, and lawfully.

3. Permitted Uses

You may use the Services for legitimate educational, professional, or organizational purposes, including:

• Self-paced learning
• Instructor-led training
• Professional development
• Skills practice
• Coaching
• Scenario-based learning
• Knowledge reinforcement
• Certification preparation
• Enterprise learning
• Internal organizational knowledge assistants
• Employee onboarding
• Leadership development
• Product training
• Customer education

Enterprise Customers may configure AskMe using their own authorized knowledge, policies, procedures, and learning content.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Providing truthful information when participating in learning activities
• Protecting confidential information belonging to your organization
• Respecting the intellectual property rights of others
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Reviewing AI-generated responses before relying upon them

You remain responsible for decisions made using information generated by the Services.

5. Respectful Use

Users must treat instructors, learners, administrators, and other participants respectfully. You may not use the Services to:

• Harass or intimidate others
• Bully or threaten individuals
• Promote violence
• Discriminate unlawfully
• Intentionally disrupt learning activities
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Submit fraudulent work
• Interfere with another user's access to the Services

6. Protection of Intellectual Property

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute KaiRise course materials except as expressly permitted
• Remove copyright notices
• Claim KaiRise content as your own
• Reproduce proprietary assessments
• Publish proprietary instructional materials without authorization
• Use KaiRise intellectual property to create competing educational products

Nothing in this Policy limits rights expressly granted under your applicable license agreement.

7. AI-Specific Prohibited Activities

You may not use AskMe or other AI-powered Services to:

Attempt to bypass system safeguards

Including prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, attempts to reveal internal instructions, or attempts to override safety controls.

Reverse engineer the platform

Including attempts to discover proprietary prompts, extract internal workflows, identify confidential scoring methodologies, or reproduce KaiRise instructional logic.

Abuse AI systems

Including automated abuse, excessive automated requests, denial-of-service activity, model extraction, or benchmarking intended to reproduce KaiRise technology.

Generate harmful content

You may not intentionally use the Services to generate malicious software, phishing campaigns, credential theft tools, fraud, unlawful content, harassment, threats, or instructions for illegal activity.

Circumvent learning objectives

You may not intentionally manipulate AskMe or assessments to obtain certifications, grades, or completion credit without honestly participating in required learning activities.

8. Organizational Content

Organizations using AskMe may upload internal knowledge including policies, procedures, manuals, presentations, documentation, training materials, videos, and knowledge bases. Organizations are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary rights to upload such content.

Users may not upload:

• Materials they do not have permission to use
• Confidential information they are not authorized to disclose
• Copyrighted content without appropriate rights
• Information subject to legal restrictions unless authorized

9. Security

You may not:

• Access accounts belonging to another user
• Attempt unauthorized access to KaiRise systems
• Interfere with platform security
• Introduce malware or malicious code
• Probe or scan systems without authorization
• Exploit security vulnerabilities
• Circumvent authentication controls

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it promptly to security@kairise.com or info@kairise.com. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until KaiRise has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address them.

10. Privacy

Users must respect the privacy of others. You may not:

• Collect personal information without authorization
• Disclose another person's confidential information
• Upload personal information unrelated to the intended learning activity
• Attempt to identify anonymized learner information

Organizations are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority before uploading personal information into the Services.

11. Automated Access

Except where expressly authorized by KaiRise, you may not scrape the Services, harvest data, use automated bots, create unauthorized integrations, bypass published APIs, or interfere with normal platform operations. Authorized integrations using supported APIs or approved LMS integrations are permitted.

12. Fair Use of AI Resources

To ensure reliable service for all users, KaiRise may impose reasonable limits on conversation length, file uploads, API requests, concurrent sessions, storage, and computational resources. Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary throttling or suspension.

13. Enforcement

KaiRise reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. Where appropriate, we may:

• Issue warnings
• Temporarily suspend accounts
• Restrict access to features
• Remove content
• Terminate accounts
• Revoke certifications obtained through fraud
• Notify sponsoring organizations
• Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities

Enforcement actions will generally be proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation.

14. Reporting Violations

If you believe this Policy has been violated, please contact KaiRise Compliance at info@kairise.com. Please include sufficient detail to allow us to investigate.

15. Changes to This Policy

KaiRise may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services following publication of the revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
