KaiRise Infrastructure & Subprocessor List
Purpose
KaiRise uses carefully selected infrastructure providers and third-party subprocessors to operate the KaiRise learning platform and AskMe™ AI-powered learning services. This document identifies the technology providers that may process customer or learner information in support of our Services.
This document supplements the KaiRise Privacy Statement, Terms of Service, Security & Trust Center, and Data Processing Addendum.
How We Select Providers
Before engaging any infrastructure provider or subprocessor, KaiRise evaluates security practices, privacy protections, reliability, availability, regulatory posture, contractual protections, and ability to support enterprise customers. All providers receive only the information necessary to perform their services.
Core Platform Infrastructure
These providers operate the core KaiRise platform.

These providers support the operation of the KaiRise platform, including the storage and processing of user accounts, learner records, course enrollments, assessment history, AI conversation history, uploaded organizational knowledge, instructor reporting, and platform configuration. Organizations retain ownership of all uploaded content.
Artificial Intelligence Providers
KaiRise uses commercial AI providers to power AskMe's conversational coaching and learning experiences.

These providers may process learner prompts, conversation context, uploaded instructional materials, organizational knowledge supplied by customers, and AI coaching requests — solely for generating the requested educational response. HeyGen additionally processes learner profile data and AI-generated scripts to produce personalized avatar videos. Voyage.ai processes uploaded content and learner queries to generate and search vector embeddings.
* Transient Processing means information is processed to generate AI responses. Persistent storage, if any, is governed by KaiRise's agreements with the applicable provider and applicable law.
KaiRise does not intentionally use one customer's proprietary knowledge to support another customer's learning environment.

Understanding This Document
Processes Customer Data — A ✔ indicates the provider may process customer or learner information necessary to deliver the Service.
Stores Customer Content
- ✔ — The provider may store customer information necessary for operation of the Service.
- Limited — Storage is generally limited to operational or transactional information rather than core learning records.
- Transient Processing — Information is processed to fulfill an AI request and is not intended to serve as persistent customer storage by KaiRise.
AI Provider — Providers identified as AI Providers are used to generate AI-assisted educational responses within AskMe.
Categories of Information Processed
Depending on the Services used, providers may process information including user names, email addresses, organization names, learner identifiers, course enrollments, assessment responses, AI conversation context, uploaded documents, organizational knowledge, certifications, billing information, technical logs, and customer support communications. Not every provider processes every category of information. Each provider receives only the information necessary to perform its function.
Provider Changes
KaiRise periodically reviews its technology providers. As our platform evolves, we may add new providers, replace providers, retire providers, change infrastructure, or introduce new AI providers. This document will be updated whenever material changes occur.
Enterprise Customers with contractual notification rights will be notified in accordance with their applicable agreements.
