Subprocessor List

Purpose

KaiRise uses carefully selected third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to support the delivery of our products and services, including AskMe™, KaiRise online learning, enterprise services, and customer support.

This document identifies the categories of subprocessors currently engaged by KaiRise and the purposes for which they may process customer information. This Subprocessor List complements the KaiRise Privacy Statement, Terms of Service, and Data Processing Addendum.

How We Select Subprocessors

Before engaging a subprocessor, KaiRise evaluates factors including security practices, privacy protections, service reliability, regulatory compliance, contractual commitments, and ability to support enterprise customers. Each subprocessor is contractually required to protect customer information consistent with applicable agreements and applicable law.

Categories of Processing

Depending upon the Services used, subprocessors may process information including user names, email addresses, organization names, course enrollments, learner progress, assessment responses, AI conversation context, uploaded learning materials, billing information, technical logs, and customer support communications.

Not every subprocessor processes every category of information. Each provider receives only the information necessary to perform the services requested.

AI Processing

KaiRise uses artificial intelligence providers solely to support educational functionality such as AI coaching, learning conversations, assessment feedback, summarization, and scenario-based learning.

Customer-uploaded knowledge is processed only as necessary to deliver the requested Services. KaiRise does not intentionally use one customer's proprietary learning content to support another customer's learning environment.

Changes to Subprocessors

KaiRise periodically reviews and updates its technology providers. We may add new subprocessors, replace existing subprocessors, discontinue subprocessors, or change service providers as technology evolves. When material changes affect the processing of customer information, we will update this Subprocessor List.

Enterprise Customers with contractual notification rights will be notified in accordance with their applicable agreements.
